It's not generally remembered that Christopher Marlowe wrote two plays with a culinary flavour:
THE JULEP OF MALTA
DIDO, QUEEN OF CABBAGE

Three by Evelyn Waugh:
VEAL BODIES
PUT OUT MORE FIGS
THE TRUTH ABOUT PIE-CRUST

And I recall these:
THE GRUEL SEA
PI-GNOCCHI-O
A MATZO OF LIFE AND DEATH
Mervyn Peake's diatribe against overeating GORGE AND GASP
Melville's BILLY PUD
THE FIRST MELON IN THE MOON
FAR FROM THE MADELEINE CROWD
THE MAYOR OF CASTER SUGAR
TO THE DEVILLED A DAUGHTER
THE CONSTANT JARDINIERE

The Sense of a Blending by Julienne Barnes. I think that won the Cooker Prize.
